When Payment is Due
- Payment in full is due before the scheduled service.
- A nonrefundable, 30% deposit is required on all reservations.
- To cancel your reservation and avoid being billed for the cost of the entire prearranged service, you must notify us no less than 48 hours in advance of your reservation. You may notify us by phone, fax, or e-mail.
- However, No Cancellations will be accepted for Same Day or Next Day service; you forfeit your deposit and owe for the cost of the service.
- No prom service deposits are ever refunded.
- Any last minute cancellation will result in a charge of the full cost of the arranged service.
Additional Hourly Charges
- When an hourly charter has been arranged, and vehicle usage exceeds the arranged time by 15 minutes or more, an additional charge equal to the hourly rate shall be made.
- To continue the charter past the originally contracted period, the extended time must be paid for at the end of the originally contracted hire. This may be paid in cash or by credit card, for which the driver will present the customer with a credit card authorization form to be signed.
Limousine Service Confirmation
- We invite you to mail, e-mail, or fax us a detailed summary of your itinerary and directions with landmarks. We will call for final confirmation within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
- The more details you can provide us regarding your pickup point and destination, the more efficient and enjoyable your trip can be. Phoenix Star faces the unique situation of covering much rural territory and landmarks make our drivers very happy.

Service Guidelines
- NO SMOKING ~ In order to maintain a pleasant experience for all of our customers, we maintain a fleet of smoke-free vehicles.
- CAR SEAT ~ When traveling with children, we encourage you to bring along your child's car seat to ensure the best accommodation for all. If necessary, the car seat can remain with the vehicle for roundtrip service. We'll ask you to reconfirm your seat needs for the return trip.
- YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT US ~ Chauffeurs of Phoenix Star Limousine Services remain with the limousine and within reasonable proximity of the passengers throughout the service. Passengers are asked to contact Phoenix Star at our main number immediately if the chauffeur becomes "missing in action" or if there is any difficulty with the arrangements.
- Local, state, and federal laws prohibit us from accepting the following for transport:
Firearms/ammunition Explosives Illicit or controlled substances
How We Help Each Other to Keep On Time
- Phoenix Star strives for efficient customer pickups. If the customer causes departure delays of 15 minutes or more, Phoenix Star reserves the right to charge an additional fee equal to the applicable hourly rate.
- If a designated pickup location is more than 30 minutes from Peachtree City / Newnan, travel time fees will be computed based on half the actual travel time to and from your pickup spot.
Client Responsibility Toward Your Safety & Ours While limousines, vans, and other chartered vehicles are often a "rolling party" for many customers, Phoenix Star does expect customers and their guests to exhibit responsible behavior toward the vehicles and service
- PASSENGER DISCOMFORT ~ Should a passenger become ill at any time within the vehicle during the period of hire, they should immediately alert the driver. We regret that we must levy a cleanup fee if necessary.
- PLEASE DON'T "HANG OUT THE LIMO" ~ Passengers may not extend their head or any other body part through the vehicle moon roof, if so equipped, while the vehicle is in motion. Such actions will result in immediate cancellation of service with no refund, and everyone in the car will be returned to the original pickup location. Phoenix Star will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by such actions.
- CUSTOMER CONDUCT ~ Customers deemed to be intoxicated to excess by the driver may be discharged in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations.
- Phoenix Star reserves the right to cancel service in the event illegal drug or illegal alcohol use occurs inside the vehicle. Accordingly, the customer will be held financially liable for any damage to any vehicle caused by themselves or their party, including full cost of the service. No refunds will be made.
- Before service is provided, the passenger(s) will be asked to review and sign the Phoenix Star Taxi & Limousine damage disclaimer regarding company property. This is a statement of responsibility including, but not limited to, the vehicle interior and any items contained within.
- In the event any property damage occurs, Phoenix Star requires payment to be made on the same date it occurs. In the event the company is unable to ascertain the exact cost or extent of damage at that time, a deposit of up to $350 will be collected. When the actual costs are determined, you will receive the difference due, if any, with a copy of the bill for repairs.
- Phoenix Star assumes no responsibility for any illegal acts of any customer or their party.
Unforeseen Events In the event a contracted vehicle experiences mechanical trouble or cosmetic changes before the service occurs, Phoenix Star reserves the right to substitute a like vehicle with adequate seating capacity and amenities. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund.
- Time permitting, the customer will be eligible to cancel the scheduled service with no loss of previously made payments or deposits.
The company cannot be held responsible for any articles left inside the vehicle during or after service is provided. If a client asks the driver to secure items in the trunk, it is the client's responsibility to collect these items from the driver before the appointment ends. If any items are forgotten or misplaced and the company discovers them, Phoenix Star will attempt to reach the owners.
Prom Night Chariots Reservations
- Reservations are accepted as far in advance as you wish to make them.
The 30% deposit for prom service is never refundable.
How Can We Serve You?
- Phoenix Star will make every effort to provide the ride you desire but regrets we can make no guarantees on limousine color.
- Phoenix Star strictly enforces Zero Tolerance on alcohol and drugs for all prom services. A copy of this policy is available with your confirmation.
Phoenix Star Minor Passenger Service Guidelines
- The limousine service may be extended if the cost of the extra time is paid for at the time it is requested.
- It is against Georgia State Law for a minor to possess or consume alcoholic beverages.
- No alcoholic beverages will be transported in any area of the vehicle; passenger compartment or trunk.
- Other illegal substances are likewise prohibited from transport in the vehicle.
- Phoenix Star chauffeurs retain the right to examine all bags or parcels brought into the passenger compartment to ensure they are free of prohibited items as listed above. Anyone unwilling to have a bag searched will have it stowed in the trunk for the duration of the service.
- No smoking is ever permitted in any Phoenix Star vehicle.
If any passengers are found in possession of any prohibited items, the service shall be terminated immediately. No costs shall be refunded. Phoenix Star chauffeurs retain the right to:
- Return the party to the original pickup location, or Call all the parents to retrieve the passengers.
- In the event parents are called, the chauffeur will remain with the offenders until the parents arrive.
